About the Artist

Kristen Ramsey is a self-taught artist and has discovered that making art that authentically expresses her deeply held beliefs, or speaks to her core feelings of unworthiness helps her survive and stay grateful & hopeful.

She embraces the idea penned by Carl Jung, that "what is most personal is most universal," and that when she shows up authentically in her truth with her art, it resonates with others because we are all fighting the same internal battles within our deepest selves.

Kristen's work is a combination of  folk art, pop art, and heartfelt messaging. Her aesthetic is vintage-inspired, with a mix of sign painting, lettering, and flat, graphic imagery intertwined to create her signature style.
